We are in the centre of the main shopping area. Stasikratous street, which is next to the Hotel, houses most of the upmarket International fashion brands. Makarios Avenue, Departmen stores, Ledra street by Laiki Yeitonia all are within 1 minute walking distance from the Hotel. The Hotel’s nearby area has recently been upgraded with the newest restaurants, bars and cafes in the city.
Chrysaliniotissa area
Near the Famagusta Gate and built in 1463 by the greek origin Lusignan Queen Eleni Paleologina. Following the signs near the church you will find the Chrysaliniotissa Crafts Centre. Numerous taverns and bars are also to be found near this area.
Archiepiskopos Kyprianos Square
The square where monuments and buildings of historical and religious interest abound.
Laiki Yitonia (Folk Neighborhood)
Restored pedestrian area within the walled city, east of Eleftheria Square. Charming winding alleys with traditional houses and shops, restaurants, galleries, all lovingly restored as typical examples of Cypriot urban architecture of a bygone, more graceful age.
